Dirty fries are the greatest thing I've tasted in a long time always my go to with the tasty mozzarella sticks. Got chicken nuggets as a random extra this time which were abit soggy and bland tbh but other than that spot on.

Order didn't evan turn up and then when I rang them 6 times they finally picked up and told me that my order hadn't evan been cooked I wasn't happy at all I asked for money back but the man I spoke to just put the phone down on me really bad service

If there was an option for ZERO stars I would give it!! My order should have been with me in an hour (not to reasonable), an hour and 15 minutes later still no food. Called the shop and was laughed at as it was only 15 minutes late and I should ‘consider the traffic’. An hour and 40 minutes later still no food!! Called again was told the driver had delivered to an incorrect address and they would send fresh food…… now 2 hours and 25 minutes later my food arrived but was missing a burger and chips and was stone cold……another phone call no apology and was told the order didn’t pull through to their system correctly!! Apparently there was no ‘owner or manager’ in the shop and not a single apology!! Disgusting customer service and rude arrogant staff!! IF YOU CANNOT GET FOOD TO PEOPLE ON TIME DO NOT OFFER A DELIVERY SERVICE!!!

Normally I love this takeout but I was showing some work colleagues how nice it was and was really disappointed. I was missing drink, the boxes were melting polystyrene, it was like little or no effort had been made. WONT BE GOING BACK AGAIN

Order was 45 minutes in delivery car and arrived cold. Not the end of the world it's a busy flight for the football. The order was wrong and one meal wasn't delivered. When contacted on social media the response was "oh well, enjoy". When asked erm can I have our chicken taco" they blocked me. Got in our car to the shop and the manager was blamed. Offered a total reorder but just asked for the taco and said it's rude to block someone who's order was delivered incorrectly and cold (although again we will overlook a cold order as it's a busy football night and we microwaved it).

Normally nice and not so long. But on this occasion took over an hour, chips wasn’t cooked properly tasted weird and funny. Looked like someone on spice dropped it couldn’t get his words out! No sauce in burger and very grisly. Shame
